Agents socials i prevenció d’incendis forestals a la serralada Cantàbrica. Resultats d’un procés participatiu
Resum
Al present article s’hi mostren els resultats d’una experiència d’elaboració de propostes per prevenir incendis forestals, partint dels escenaris futurs i integrant la visió dels actors locals. Per això s’ha desenvolupat un procés participatiu basat en el mètode d’investigació-acció, articulat en tres tallers celebrats a Somiedo (Asturias), Villablino (León) i Potes (Cantabria), amb prop de 100 participants de diversos sectors. La metodologia va combinar qüestionaris inicials, presentacions formatives i dinàmiques grupals (pluja d’idees, treball en taules homogènies i mixtes, reagrupament de mesures i votació per punts). Els resultats revelen una elevada percepció del risc, un bon coneixement dels factors humans i una forta preocupació pel paisatge, la biodiversitat i l’abandonament rural. Les mesures més defensades s’agrupen en la gestió forestal preventiva, l’educació i la sensibilització, com també l’enfortiment del medi rural. Les conclusions principals són que la participació comunitària genera corresponsabilitat i que la prevenció requereix planificació integral, coordinació administrativa i revitalització del territori.
