Les pertorbacions de la nupcialitat a Espanya durant la pandèmia de COVID-19
Resum
En aquest article s’hi analitzen els efectes de la pandèmia de COVID-19 sobre la nupcialitat a Espanya distingint-ne tres períodes: la «normalitat» prepandèmica (2016-2019), la fase més intensa de la pandèmia (2020-2021) i l’any 2022 , quan la vacunació s’havia generalitzat i les restriccions socials havien desaparegut. L’anàlisi es realitza amb les microdades de matrimonis dels anys 2016-2022, els padrons de població, el cens del 2021 i el microcens del 2023, amb els quals s’han construït diferents indicadors demogràfics. L’article aborda l’efecte de la pandèmia sobre diferents dimensions de la nupcialitat: variació temporal i territorial, perfil per edats i sexe de les taxes i composició dels matrimonis per estat civil, sexe, nivell educatiu i tipus de celebració. Els resultats mostren un impacte diferencial de la pandèmia sobre la nupcialitat que afecta tant la composició per estat civil com el nivell d’estudis i la distribució geogràfica.
