Stay in Barcelona of Jeanne Fagnani (CNRS, Paris)

Abstract

J. Fagnani, French researcher, offered two conferences during her stay in Barcelona in January 1988. The topics of these conferences were: the reasons for the reduction of the number of children wished by the majority of couples to two instead of three; and the variables which influence the different attitudes of women with respect to the problem of the duration of the journey from home to work.
