Summary of the meeting "Organization and administration of the territory in Autonomous Catalonia in the 1980s" (Barcelona, September 1984)

Abstract

A series of sessions under the heading of Regional Organization and Administration in the Catalan Autonomus Community in the 1980s was held under the auspices of the Universidad Internacional Menéndez y Pelayo during the month of September 1984, under the leadership of Enric Lluch i Martín. The topics of debate were: local regional administration, regional subdivisions, regional planning, and the new election laws. The solutions applied, in the future, in these four fields will have far-reaching repercussions on the organization and administration of Catalonia.
