L’estructura socioespacial de la regió metropolitana de Barcelona des d’una aproximació multimetòdica. Una proposta metodològica per a l’estudi de la diferenciació socioresidencial
Resum
Durant les darreres dues dècades, l’estudi de la segregació socioresidencial ha estat objecte d’una diversificació teòrica i metodològica com a resultat de la participació de disciplines diferents per analitzar-la. En aquest article, s’hi presenta una nova proposta metodològica, basada en un disseny multimetòdic que integra informació social i espacial, a partir de la qual s’identifiquen, s’analitzen i es representen els diferents tipus d’àrees socioresidencials de la regió metropolitana de Barcelona. Es tracta d’un model de triangulació complementària de dades quantitatives que corregeix les restriccions que les dades presenten per si soles i que permet analitzar l’objecte d’estudi de manera més profunda.
