Generizando la geografía: personas, lugares e ideas

Resumen

Este trabajo señala los riesgos que comporta la hegemonía de la tradición angloamericana y su capacidad para silenciar otras formas de conocimiento. Los diferentes contextos lingüísticos, políticos, culturales y económicos cuentan, y por ello es importante analizar la riqueza de pensamiento a que dan lugar. La exposición comienza con algunas referencias a mi historia personal, porque considero que las historias y los valores individuales desempeñan un papel tan importante como los contextos en la definición del cambio.
